George Mansfield Whitson, age 67 of Pikeville, died Tuesday, January 26, 2010. He was of the Christian Faith. George was a graduate of BCHS and received his B. S. in enginrering from TTU in 1966. He was preceded in death by his father Arthie V. Whitson and mother Jeanette M. Whitson.
Survivors include one son Kevin (Jody) Whitson, Pikeville; five grandchildren Darrin, Whitney, Kevin Jr., Abigail, and Alexandria; special friends Randy (Chris) Sharp. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel, Saturday at 1:00 pm CST with visitation beginning at 12:00 pm CST. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
