Dorothy Hatfield, age 79 of Pikeville, TN died Monday January 18, 2010. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ada Clark and a sister, Anna Louise (Jackie) Dodson.
She is survived by her husband of sixty years, Joe Hatfield, Pikeville; daughter, Mary Ellen Hatfield, Pikeville and one son, Joe T. Hatfield, Jr. of Douglasville, GA; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; sister, Betty Faye Smith, Batton Rouge, LA; several nieces and nephews and lots of friends.
Funeral service will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. CST in the chapel with Rev. Jim Whitaker and Bro. Albert Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Pikeville Cemetery.
