Casey David Kilgore, age 76 of Whitwell, TN died Wednesday December 30, 2009 in the Parkridge Hospital. He was a member of Layne's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents Fayett and Lennie Kilgore; grandson, John David Kilgore; sisters Liddie Shadrick, Josie Poe and Katie May Kilgore brothers Harvey, Gene, Herman and Luther Kilgore.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy Kilgore; son Tim (Renea) Kilgore, Whitwell, four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister Martha McCurry, Whitwell; several nieces and nephews; three special nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday 2:00 p.m. CST at the Layne's Chapel Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Ron Namanny and Rev. Patrick Holcomb officiating. Burial will be in the Layne's Chapel Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers, Tony King, Stanley King, Jonathan King, Bobby Gravitt, Josh Rogers and Marion Richardson. Visitation will be Friday 2-9 p.m. Saturday 2-9 p.m. and Sunday 11-1 p.m. CST. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
