Terry Douglas Smith, age 51, of Dunlap, TN died Friday December 18, 2009. He was of the Christian faith attending the Community Chosen Church of God and was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jane Hatfield Smith, sister, Betty Lou Smith.
He is survived by his father, Sam Smith, Dunlap; 2 sisters, Barbara (David) Bean, Pelham, Judy Harville, Dunlap; one brother, Sammy (Debbie) Smith, McMinnville; nieces, Melyndia, Carrie, Jennifer and Leah; nephew, Jason; 6 great nieces and 1 great nephew.
Funeral service will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jeff Smith and Rev. Rayburn Dishman officiating. Burial will be in Collier Cemetery. Family requests In Lieu of flowers donations be made to American Cancer Society or Diabetes Association. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
Arrangements by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00-9:00 p.m. CST.
