Roger L. Snyder, age 64 of Dunlap, TN died Wednesday night November 25, 2009 at his home. He was of the Church of God Faith and was retired from the Dunlap Police Department after 26 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andy and Lucy Snyder.
He is survived by two sons, Kevin Snyder and Andrew Snyder both of Dunlap; daughter, Brittany Bowers, Nashville; one granddaughter, Addy Grace Snyder; brother, Willie Levon Snyder, Sparta; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Saturday 2:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Sonny Wilkes officiating. Burial will be in the Harvey Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
Arrangements by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends on from 5:00-9:00 p.m. CST Friday.
