James Earl Johnson, age 69, of Dunlap, TN died Thursday October 29, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Lectie Johnson; sisters, Velma Johnson and Mary Helen Edgmon.
He is survived by sister, JoAnn (David) Barker; aunt, Fronie Hennessee, Spencer; nephews, Shawn (Kelly) Edgmon and David (Rochelle) Barker, all of Dunlap; nieces, Amanda (Pitt) Derryberry, Bowling Green, KY and Beverly (Mark) Henry, Dunlap.
Funeral service will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Rev.Gerald Casson officiating. Burial will be in the Pikeville Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
Arrangements by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00-8:00 p.m. CDT.
