Loretta Walker Johnson, age 81, of Brockdell, TN died Thursday night September 10, 2009 at the Erlanger Medical Center. She was a member of the Souther Gospel Singers for many years.
She was precededin death by her husbands Jesse Paul Walker, I.E. Brown and Gordon Johnson; two sons Jesse Jr. and Jimmy Walker; two granddaughters, Loretta King and Anita Walker; grandson Jesse Walker III.
She is survived by one daughter Helen (Ernie) Snyder; son Charles (Betty) Walker both of Brockdell; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; five great-great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Elmer Blaylock officiating. Burial will be in the Old Union Cemetery.
