Frank Pickett, 92, of Whitwell, TN, passed away Monday, April 11, 2017. He was a member of South Whitwell Baptist Church. The son of the late Byron and Ollie Layne Pickett, Frank is preceded in death by his wife Cecelia Terry Pickett; sons, Butch and Johnny Mack Pickett; brothers, BJ, Ray, and Ursher Pickett, and sister, Irene Pickett Ponder.
Frank leaves his daughter, Sally Pickett; grand daughter, Jennifer (Allan) Schipper; great grandchildren, Natalie Ervin and Bella Schipper; brother-in-law, Roy (Carolyn) Terry, and several nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.
Funeral services will be held from the funeral home chapel on Friday, April 14, 2017, at 10 a.m. CDT, with Brothers Buddy Strickland and Roy Terry officiating. Burial will follow in Whitwell Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 13, from 4-8 p.m. CDT. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
