Robert C. Oliver, age 80 of Whitwell died Wednesday July 15, 2009 at his home. He was a retired United States Coast Guard.
Survivors ; wife Dorothy M. Oliver, daughter Beverly (Robert) Kilgore, Whitwell; son Robert A. Oliver, Trenton, GA; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Friday July 17, 2009 at 11:00 am CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Raymond Bryant officiating. Burial will be in Whitwell Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday July 16, 2009 form 5-9 pm CDT. Arrangements by Reed Funeral Home, 11675 Hwy 28, Whitwell, TN.
