Lessie "Sammie" Hankins, 81 of Pikeville, Tennessee passed away Monday, September 19, 2016.
She worked as a nurse technician at Vanderbilt Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Ethel Meredith.
She is survived by her husband, Lewis Hankins of Pikeville, Tn; and sisters, Claytie Dillworth of Spring Hill, Tn; and Faye Meridith of Gallatin, Tn.
Services will be Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. C.D.T. in the funeral home chapel. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. CDT.
