Alfea Brown , age 81 of Dunlap, TN died Monday morning June 15, 2009 at Erlanger Hospital. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Willie D. Hatfield; her second husband, Toby Brown; two sons, Willis and Will G.B. Hatfield; granddaughter, Rolanda Ingrassia.
She is survived by three daughters, Linda Doss and Zora (Haskell) Brown both of Dunlap, Nancy (Andy) Watson, Pikeville. Four sons, John Ed Hatfield, Norman Hatfield, Tom Brown all of Dunlap, Wilbert Hatfield, Dayton; one daughter-in-law, Sylvia Hatfield, Dunlap; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. One sister, Alice Smith, Dunlap; one brother, Isaac Harvey, Dunlap.
Funeral service will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dennis Boston officiating. Burial will be in Davis Chapel Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
Arrangements by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00 a.m-9:00 pm.CDT.
