Carlos Myers, age 77 of Pikeville, died Monday, June 8, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Jo Myers; sisters Lajune Myers, Evelyn Johnson and Ann Welch; brother G. B. Myers.
He is survived by two sons Clay Lynn (Dianne) Myers and Tracy (Brooke) Myers, both of Pikeville; grandchildren Derek Myers, Jade Evans, Angela Myers, James Myers and Ty Myers, all of Pikeville; three great-grandchildren; sisters Barbara Sullivan, Pikeville; Joy Bratcher, Chattanooga; Suzy Roberson, Pikeville; brothers Ronnie, Wendell and Steve Myers all of Pikeville; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Wednesday at 2:00 CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. David Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Cagle Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation Tuesday 1-9 pm CDT.
