Betty Sue Panter, age 70, of Pikeville died Wednesday, June 1, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Alexander Panter, Sr.; and daughter, Donna Ann Cottingham.
Survivors include her daughter, Robbin J. Martin; son, Robert A. Panter, Jr.; grandchildren, Allison Panter, Brian Martin and Dalton Cope; great-grandchildren, Macey and William Songer and several others.
