JoEllen Diehl, age 63, of Whitwell, TN received her final healing April 7, 2016. She called Havron's Chapel United Methodist and Whitwell First United Methodist her homes.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Francis Haueszer; in-laws, Jim and Jewell Diehl and brother-in-law Ronnie Ehresmann.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Diehl; three daughters, Michelle (Wayne) Ross, Florence, AL, Liz (Mike) LaDean, Muscle Shoals, AL and Stephanie Diehl, Whitwell; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Verna Ehresmann and Bea Holec both of Rapid City, SD and Bobbie Roberts, Hills, MN; brother, Rick Haeuszer, Freeman, SD; countless children and friends she considered family.
Memorial services will be held Saturday 11:00 a.m. CDT, April 16, 2016, at the Whitwell First United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Whitwell First United Methodist Church. Arrangements are by Reed Funeral Home, 11675 Highway 28, Whitwell. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. The family will receive friends Sunday April 10, 2016 from 4-8p.m. CDT at Reed Funeral Home.
