Jerry A. Shell, age 76, of Signal Mountain, TN, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016 at his home. He served as constable in the Lone Oak Community for several years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Argle and Juanita Shell; sister, Patsy McGill; brothers, Bill and Tony Shell.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Shell; daughter, Jerry "Crickett" (Kurt) Horn, Dunlap; three sons, Jackie (Shana) and Tommy (Tara) Shell, both of Dunlap, David (Cindy) Shell, Signal Mountain; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Judy (Rufus) Price, Dunlap; brother, David P. Shell, Chattanooga.
Services will be held Wednesday 3:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Teddy Ott officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Family will receive friends Tuesday 12:00-8:00 p.m. CDT.
