Obituary of Donny Ray Nelson

Donny Ray Nelson, age 56, of Pikeville, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, Noil and Lenora Nelson; brothers, Roland Nelson and Ricky Nelson; and, father-in-law, Norman Robinson. Survivors include his wife, Kelly Nelson; children, Jennifer Nelson (Drew Smith), Jessica (Buddy) Nelson and Travis Nelson, all of Pikeville, and Denise Nelson Bostick and Eddie Nelson of Alabama; grandchildren, Caleb Smith, Natalie Smith, Emmalyn Nelson, Emmett Nelson, Anthony and Isabella; siblings, Carol Nelson, Pikeville, TN, Patience Desmond, FL, Agatha Clements, FL, Ronald Nelson, Pikeville, TN; mother-in-law, Janet Robinson; brother-in-law, Mark (Patty) Robinson; several nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts. There will be a funeral service Friday, March 4, at 2:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Nelson Cemetery.
