T. J. Johnson, age 77 of Pikeville, died Wednesday, April 15, 2009. He was of the Church of God Faith. He was preceded in death by parents Johnny and Lizzie Johnson; five brothers Melvin, S. D.,
Willard, Mitchell and Houston Johnson; two sisters Velma Brady and Betty Stafford.
Survivors include two brothers Dennis (Mary) Johnson and Levi (Margaret) Johnson all of Pikeville; Aunt Fronie Hennessee; three sister-in-laws Marie Johnson, Lelia Johnson and Eva Scarbrough;brother-in-law Jr. Brady; several nieces and nephews. Services will be Friday at 2:00 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Ronnie Holloway officiating. Burial will be in Rainey-Dill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family ask donations be made to Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, P. O. Box 750, Pikeville, TN. 37367. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
