Obituary of James Freeman

James "Buddy" Freeman, age 79, of Pikeville, TN died Tuesday, December 15, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Pope Freeman, his parents, Paul and Lillie Freeman, sons, Newell Freeman and Johnny Freeman, a brother, Lones Newell Freeman; and one sister, Jane Gossett.
He is survived by his son, Billy Joe Freeman, of Pikeville; his daughter, Sue (Clifford) McAnally of Crossville, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. CST in the chapel with burial in Freeman Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00-9:00 p.m. CST. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Highway 127 South, Pikeville, TN.
