Mary Rose Johnson, age 73, of Dunlap, TN died Sunday evening March 15, 2009 at Erlanger Medical Center. She was a member of Way of The Cross Baptist Church and was preceded in death by husband, Lurie Johnson; parents, Herbert and Tillie Louallen; brother, Clayton Louallen; sister, Hazel Holland; son, Carl Johnson; grandson Carl Jr. Johnson.
She is survived by three sons, Donnie & Jackie Johnson, Dunlap and Lurie Jr Johnson of Pikeville; brother, Alvin Louallen, Dunlap; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Lanny Tate officiating. Burial will be in Collier Cemetery.
Arrangements by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home 50 May Road, Dunlap. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:00-9:00 p.m. CDT.
