Peggy Sue Grant, age 69, of Dunlap, TN died Tuesday evening February 24, 2009 at Erlanger Medical Center. She was a member of Mowbray Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Reynolds Grant; parents; Raymond and Corene Smith; sister, Norma Jean Swanger.
She is survived by daughter, Lavada Parton, Ringgold, GA; 2 grandchildren, Lee Broom, Dunlap and Tiffani Parton, Ringgold, GA; 3 great-grandchildren, Collin Broom and Gwendolyn Broom and Hayden Pierce; brother, Ricky Smith, Dunlap; several nieces and nephews. 4 step-children, Patricia McDowell, Cagle Mountain; Marilyn Finch, Lewis Chapel, Gloria James, Ft. Payne, AL and Delores Ezell, Sale Creek; 7 step-grandchildren Sheryl Barton, Lana McDowell, Keith Finch and Eric Finch, Michelle James, Amy Knight and Amanda Ezell.
Funeral service will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m.CST in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Darrell Broadway officiating. Burial will be in Rankin Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
