Rena Myers, age 84 of Pikeville died Sunday morning February 22, 2009 at the Erlanger Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband Alfred J. Myers; parents Arthur and Emma Prater.
She is survived by two daughters Judy Fugate, Pikeville and Nelda (Paul) Keener, Dunlap ; two sons Alfred (Virginia) Myers, Dunlap and Sammy (Lisa) Myers, Jasper; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; sisters three sisters Effie Davis and Christine King both of Dunlap and Nora Blaylock, Hollywood, FL; brother Landon Prater, Pikeville; several nieces and nephews; special friends Vivian Webb and Diane Holland

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 1:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Danny Lee and Rev. David Rogers officiating. Burial will be in the Cagle Cemetery. Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Pikeville.
The family will receive friends from 3-9 CST Monday.
