Joel White, age 79 of Whitwell, TN died may 31, 2011 at Dunlap Nursing Home. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Cartwright. He was preceded in death by his parents; Roy and Beluah White, 3 Sisters, Beluah Mae Hackworth, Ola Lee Turner, Kitty Perruso, 3 Brothers; David, Burton and Jimmy White.
He is survived by sister, Nola Layne, Whitwell, TN, Brother Kay White, Chattanooga, TN. Several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday 10:00 a.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with David Burgess officiating. Burial will be in Red Hill Cemetery.
