Dorothy M. Oliver, age 81, of Whitwell, died Wednesday Morning April 6, 2011 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert C. Oliver.
Survivors include her daughter Beverly (Robert) Kilgore; Whitwell, son Robert A. Oliver, Dunlap; 3 grandchildren; Krystal Rollins, Jason and Christine Oliver; great-grandchildren, Destiny and Cheyenne Rollins, Gavin, J.C. and Candice, Tavin, and Zaniah Oliver. 3 sisters; Yvonne Nelson, St. Martinville, LA, Florene Romero, Parris, CA and Ezola Fontano, Buckeye, AZ., brother Roland LaSalle, Sedro Wooley, WA. Several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday 1:00 pm CDT in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Whitwell Memorial Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements are by Reed Funeral Home, 11675 Hwy 28, Whitwell; TN. Family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 - 9:00 pm CDT.
