Dorothy Myers Worthington, age 70 of Lebanon, formerly of Pikeville, died Thursday, March 31,2011. She was a member of Powell Grove Church of Christ and retired from Clover Bottom Developmental Center in Nashville. Dorothy was preceded in death by husband Charles Worthington; parents Grace and Leonard Myers; brother David Myers.
Survivors include daughters Sandra (Bruce) Essary, Nashville; Melody (James) Lightcap, Lebanon; son Randy (Mikki) Worthington, Lebanon; three grandchildren Jamie Worthington, Adam Essary, Paden Worthington; great-grandchildren Madison Pryor, Adrianna Essary; sister Linda Scarbrough, Pikeville; brother J. T. Myers, Crossville. Services will be Sunday at 4:00 pm CDT with Bro. Tony Britt officiating. Burial will be in Worthington Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
