W.S. Sullivan age 83 of Dunlap, TN died Friday night March 11, 2011 at the NHC health Care Center. He was a member of the Operator Engineer Union. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Bertha Sullivan; two brothers, Earl and Billy Sullivan; two sisters, Ruby Green and Dot Goodson.
Survivors include his wife Mary Sullivan; daughter, Phyllis (Sammy) Hixson; four sons, Ken (Nittie), David (Helen), Mike and Johnny (Donna) Sullivan all of Dunlap; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one sisters Viva Birdwell, Palmer; three brothers, Charles Ray and Jerry Sullivan both of Dunlap and Burl Sullivan, Lakeland, FL; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday 3:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tony Cates officiating. Burial will be in the Camp Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. CST Saturday.
