Willie Grace "Jane" Boyd, age 86 of Ooltewah, died Friday, March 4, 2011. She was a member of Ridgedale Baptist Church and a member of OES. "Jane" was preceded in death by husband Rogers Boyd, parents Sam & Ella Brown; sisters Sallie Thurman and Kate Tollett; brothers Gordon, Everett, and Edward Brown.
Survivors include daughter Mary Ellen (Ted) Baskette, Fl; sons Samuel (Sue) Boyd, Dayton; Bobby Boyd, Ooltewah; Jerry (Peggy) Boyd, N. C.; fifteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren; sisters Mary Elliott, Virginia; Libby White, Pikeville; Sue Ann Cook, Co; brother J. C. Brown, Pikeville; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Monday at 1:00 CST in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Doug Russell officiating. Burial will follow in Collier Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation Sunday 11am-8pm CST.
