Shelby Jean Culpepper age 73 of Whitwell, TN. Died February 15, 2011 at Grandview medical Center. She lived life to the fullest. She was preceded in death by her husband David Culpepper, brothers, Edward and J.W. Green, parents Eugene and Mattie Green. She is survived by two very special cousins, Treva Reed, Shirley Layne., sister-in-law Betty Green, Whitwell TN. Several nieces and nephews.
There will be a private service for the family thrusday 6-8 pm CST. Memorial contributions can be made to Wally's friends spay/neuter clinic, 155 Unaka Street, Chattanooga, TN. 37415.
