Jeffrey Scott Fontenot, Sr, age 54, of Dunlap, TN passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024 in Duncan, OK. He was of the Christian faith. Jeffrey loved his family deeply. He also loved music, his guitar, having fun and cooking for others. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Zelda Elizabeth Ithier-Perez; paternal grandparents, Albert and Lucille Fontenot, Maurepas, Louisiana and maternal grandparents, John and Elma Kramer, Sorrent, LA.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Carolyn and James Willson, Dunlap, TN; father, Lemoine J. Fontenot, Maurepas, Louisiana; siblings, David (Erica) Willson, Pt St Lucie, FL, Season (Rich) Broussard, Texas; eight children, Kameron Fontenot, FL, Kerry (Shawna) Fontenot, FL, Jeffrey Fontenot, Jr, NC, Kassie Fontenot, NC, Kacey (Pedro) Ithier-Perez, NC, Seth Fontenot, AR, Collin (Cheyenne) Fontenot, TN, Alana Fontenot, FL; grandchildren, Ashlynn, Kaelynn, Kaleb, Kayden, Noah, Uriah, Jaina, Hope, Adeline, Daniel, and Mary.
A memorial service will be held Friday, June 7 at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Jared Wood officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilhyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap, TN. No Visitation.
