Mable Joyce "Nannie" Cooley, age 80 of Cartwright, TN died Wednesday evening January 4, 2012 in the Memorial Noth Park Medical Center. She was a Avon represenitive for over 40 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Willard Cooley; sons, Larry and Mort Cooley; sister, Shirley Tate; brothers, James, Norman, Glenn, Donnie and Jack Tate.
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda (Tommy) Sims, Cartwright and Faye (Bill) Scalf, FL; two sons, Charles (Linda) and Robert (Sue) Cooley both of Cartwright; Shannon Pottie, KY; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Dolores Slack, Dunlap and Loretta Brown, Chattanooga; brother, John Tate, Cartwright; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday 2:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tony Cates officiating. Burial will be in the Cookston Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CST.
