Estel Odle Seals, age 92, formerly of Dunlap, TN, died Tuesday, December 6, 2011. He was a member of the First Community Church of Sparta. He was Moderator of East Union Baptist Association for a record 17 years. He was recognized in the Who's Who of Tennessee Nursing Home. He was preceded in death by wife, Susella Hickey Seals; parents, J.W. and Laura Seals; several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by two daughters, Linda (Odell) Johnson, Dunlap and Sharon (James) Tate, Sparta; son, Harold (Joann) Seals, McMinnville, TN; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Annette Wagner, Dunlap.
Funeral services will be Saturday 11:00 a.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Dan Kelly and Bro. Donny Seals officiating. Burial will be in the Cagle-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
