Charles Ivan Hobbs, age 46, of Dunlap, TN, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2011. He was a veteran of the Army National Guard. He was a craftsman, loved animals, and enjoyed spending time with Brent and Baron his sons and Nakela Tiska. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Earl Hobbs; grandparents, R.B. and Beatrice Earl Hobbs, and Roy E. and Johnnie Mae Dennis.
He is survived by sons, Charles Baron and Jacob Brent Hobbs, Dunlap; mother, Norma Jean Hobbs; brothers, Robert Keith (Lesa) Hobbs and John W. Hobbs; sister, Leigh Hobbs Darby; nieces, Nikia, Emilee, Cameron and Chloe; nephews, Brandon and Jeremy.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday 2:00 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Michael Grant officiating. Burial will be in the John M. Hixson Cemetery.
