Barbara Trahan Hulse, age 64, of Signal Mountain, TN died Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at her home. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. She was retired from Alexian Brothers Health Care Center in the Environmental Services Department. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pierre & Louisiana Trahan; brother, Nolan Trahan; nephew, Ryan Trahan.
She is survived by her husband, Scott Hulse; daughter, Mary Katherine (Tom) Shoulders, Dunlap; son, Tommy Hulse, Signal Mountain; two granddaughters, Megan Brianna Toles and Bailey Marie Shoulders; three sisters, Rose (Harry) Couiviller, Gloria (Ovey) Viator, Dorothy "Dot" Boudreaux; four brothers, Jimmy (Charlene), Robert (Margaret), Donald (Tammy) and Gerald (Betty) Trahan all of New Iberia, LA; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday 1:00 p.m. EST at the St. Augustine Catholic Church with Father Joseph Kuzhupil officiating. Burial will be in the Mansfield Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends Thursday 5:00-9:00 p.m. EST at the funeral home and from 12:00-1:00 p.m. EST Friday at St. Augustine Catholic Church.
