Obituary of Edith Grace Bayless

Edith Bayless, age 80 of Pikeville, died Tuesday, December 7, 2010. She was a member of Mt. Della Church of Christ and was retired from Fall Creek Falls State Park.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Oliver Bayless; son, Oliver Anthony Bayless; sisters, Artie Pickett and Sophia Harvey; brothers, Robert, T.G., Bill, James Logan, Otis, and Terry Groves.
She is survived by daughter Shiela (Jim) Hayes, Smyrna, Artie Bayless, Sharon (Freddy) George all of Pikeville; Gretchen (Andy) Anderson, Nolensville; sons, Edgar (Margaret) Bayless, Dennis Bayless, Mark (Connie) Bayless, all of Pikeville; sixteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren; sister JoAnn Beach, Pikeville; brother Drake Grove, Morristown; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. CST in the chapel with James Rittenberry officiating. Burial will be in Drake Cemetery.
