Jacquelyn Waters, age 66 of Pikeville, died Sunday, November 7, 2010. She was a member of Pikeville United Methodist Church.
Survivors include husband Bobby Waters, Pikeville; sons Christopher (Vickie) Waters, Haw River, N. C.; Caleb Scott Waters, Atlanta, Ga; mother Mary Elizabeth Goins, Burlington, N. C.; sister Myra Jackson Rain, Robinsville, N. C.; brother Michael Douglas Goins, California; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Pikeville United Methodist church Building Fund or a charity of your choice. Service will be held Wednesday at 10:00 am CST at Pikeville United Methodist Church. Online condolences can be made at www.reeedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery in Burlington, N. C. with Rich & Thompson Funeral Home handling arrangements.
