April Shereen Summers, age 29, of Dunlap, TN died Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at her home. She was a member of Mercy Ministries. She was an employee of NHC Health Care Center in Dunlap. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Billy Jackson Lockhart.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Summers; son, Jackson Summers; parents, Kathy and Junior Lockhart; twin sister, Ashley (Tim) Martin; nephew, Tyler Martin; maternal grandparents, Nancy and Earnest Stewart; paternal grandmother, Willie Dean Lockhart all of Dunlap; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Saturday 2:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Sequatchie County Memorial Gardens. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends Thursday 5-9 p.m. CDT and Friday 9 a.m.- 9 p.m. CDT.
