Scott Partin age, 45 formally of Winchester, passed away October 15, 2010. Mr. Partin is preceded in death by his father, Billy Bob Partin; maternal grandparents, Georgia and Ernest Perry and paternal grandparents, George and Lizzy Partin. He is survived by his sons, Gary Partin of Nashville, TN, Grant Partin of Johnson City, TN; mother, Louise Gipson of South Chicago Heights, IL; sister, Traci (Robert) Farina of Grant Park, IL; half - brother, John (Jenny) Gipson of Chicago Heights, IL; special friend and long time companion Dianne Pursley and half-brother, Billy Bob Partin Jr. of Coalmont, TN. Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at 2pm from the Watson-North Chapel. Interment will follow in New Brick Church Cemetery with friends and family serving pallbearers.
