Earl Keedy, age 78 of Pikeville, died Monday, October 18, 2010. He was preceded in death by sisters Cleo Shannon, Blanche Lewis, and Ruth Erwin; brothers Bud, Frank, Ed, and Jim Keedy; grandson Jason Keedy.
Survivors include wife Helen Keedy, Pikeville; daughters Joyce (Buster) Keedy; Shirley Clingan, all of Pikeville; Pauline (Tony) Lawson; Peggy (Billy) Whittaker, Crossville; sons Frankie (Linda) Hedgecoth and James Earl (Tina) Keedy, Pikeville; fourteen grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, one special niece Angela Bowling; sister Jeral Dene Walling; brother Bobby Joe Keedy, both of Pikeville; several nieces and nephews. Service will be Wednesday at 1:00 pm CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Doyle Ashburn and Bro. Ken Norris officiating. Burial will follow in Tollett Cemetery.
