Monroe Blaylock, age 64 of Pikeville, died Sunday, July 25, 2010. Preceding him in death were parents Sam and Avis Blaylock; sister Ocie Mae Hunter; brother Perry Blaylock.
Survivors include daughter Jessica Blaylock and son Eddie Frady both of Pikeville; godson Richard Hamby, Pikeville; wife Mary Blaylock, Pikeville; four sisters Mildred Gilbert, Spencer; Flossie Haston, Ohio; Lucille Boyd and Gladys Reagan, Pikeville; five brothers William Blaylock, Spencer; Denton Blaylock, Ohio; Woodrow, Charles, and Terry Blaylock, Pikeville; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Wednesday at 10:00 am CDT in the funeral home chapel with burial in Blaylock Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation Tuesday 5-9 pm CDT.
