Sarah E. Bonner Moffitt, age 95 of Dunlap, TN passed way Wednesday morning May 26, 2010 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mayburn and Nancy Bonner; husband, Hobart; sons James, Clifton and Bobby Moffitt; grandson Gabriel Burgess, daughter-in-law Phyllis Hatfield Moffitt and sister Alma Seals Bowman.
She is survived by her daughter Linda (Dexter) Burgess; granddaughters Robin Moffitt Brandon, MS; Angela Moffitt, Dunlap and Beth (Chris) Garcia, Magee, MS; grandsons, Steve (Judy) , Phillip, Jeff (Regina), Jonathan (Becky), Calvin (Christy) Moffitt, Matt (Kim) Burgess all of Dunlap, Scotty (J.J.) Moffitt, Ariton, AL, Robert Moffitt, Chicago, IL; daughter-in-law Minnie Moffitt; several nieces and nephews; she was blessed with 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday 11:00 a.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Freddie Savage and Rev. Mike Rigsby officiating. Burial will be in the Cagle-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
Arrangements by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends 4-9 p.m. CDT Thursday.
