Robert F. Smith, age 76, of Dunlap, TN formerly of Signal Mountain passed away Wednesday March 31, 2010 in a local hospital surrounded by his family.
He was a Christian above all else, a devoted husband, son, brother, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret Smith; son Larry "Bumpy" Smith; parents Robert and Callie Smith and several brothers and sisters.
He in survived by his daughter Joyce (Barry) Sanders, Chattanooga; son David Smith, Dunlap; grandchildren, Joshua Sanders, Lori (Loren) Kaylor, Brad (Kristen) Smith and Brian Smith; sister, Geneva Bureau, Signal Mountain; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:00 a.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Joel Wood officiating. Burial will be in the Old Union Cemetery.
