Beuna Skiles Lewis, age 89, of Pikeville, TN, died Sunday, October 16, 2011 at NHC Health Care Center. She was a member of Stephens Chapel United Methodist Church. She was a devoted Mother and Grandmother, and a talented musician.
She was preceded in death by son, Dallas Eddie Skiles; parents, Anderson and Eugenia McWilliams; husbands, Dallas Skiles and Jim Lewis; brother, Buck McWilliams.
She is survived by daughter, Faye Barger (Ronny Smith); grandson, Randy (Lucy) Barger, Ooltewah; granddaughters, April Barger, Chattanooga and Connie (Andy) Billingsley, Pikeville; two great-grandchildren, Kaci and Dallas Billingsley.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the John M. Hixson Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends Monday 4:00-9:00 p.m. CDT.
