Richard Southerland, age 51, of Dunlap, TN, died Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Grandview Medical Center. He was preceded in death by wife, Shelia Harvey Southerland.
He is survived by mother, Pollie Griffin, Dunlap; sister, Norma Jean Campbell, Stanford, KY; brother, Kenneth R. Griffin, Dunlap; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap. Family will receive friends Wednesday 4:00-9:00 p.m. CDT.
