Thomas Mike Greene, age 92 of Pikeville, died Thursday, January 6, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Rachel Greene; his first wife Wilma Kelly Greene; daughter Sue Semencar; brother Charles Davis. Mike retired in 1980 as a foreman with Hermann Corp. in PA. and returned to his hometown of Pikeville, TN. He was an active member of First Southern Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Nell Morgan Greene, Pikeville; stepdaughter Helen (Kenneth) Wilmoth, Kingsport; Jane (Mark) Perrin, Dallas, Tx.; son-in-law George Semencar, Oakmont, PA; grandchildren David Semencar and Diane (Chris) Wilson, Oakmont, PA.; Danny (Sadie) Semencar, Menifee, CA; Steve (Melissa ) Wilmoth, Kingsport; Kendra (Bart) Harrold, Kingsport; Scott (Buffy) Wilmoth Knoxville; Vanesa and Justin Perrin, Dallas, TX.; fourteen great-grandchildren; special daughter Lola (Reed) Sells and her family; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Service will be Sunday at 2:00 pm CST in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Jim Whitaker and Bro. Darrell Evans officiating. Burial will be in Pikeville Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jeff Moore, Houston Thomas, Charlie Wagner, Earl Morgan, Phil Holland, and James Simmons. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
