Kainen Boring, age 17 of Pikeville, died Friday, September 16, 2011. He was a member of Cold Springs Baptist Church where he was very active in youth activities. Kainen was the kicker for BCHS football team, a member of the soccer team and was also a member of the Beta Club. Preceding him in death was maternal grandfather James Smith.
Survivors include parents Robby and Paula Boring; brothers Kasey and Colton Boring; maternal grandmother Nancy Smith; paternal grandparents Wade and Lucille Boring; maternal great-grandmother Thelm Miller; uncles Kendall (Melissa) Smith; Charlie (Sunshine) Boring; Ed (Shonda) Boring, all of Pikeville; several cousins and a host of friends.
Service will be Tuesday at 2:00 pm CDT in the BCHS gym with Bro. Robert Pickett officiating. Burial will follow in Bud Smith Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
