Obituary of Clara Olavene Griffith

Olavene Griffith, age 83, of Dunlap, TN, died Monday, July 25, 2011 at her home. She was a member of Way of the Cross Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dillard Griffith; three brothers, James, Ralph and Lester Green.
She is survived by two daughters, Dickie (Lou) Sirrocco, Woodstock, GA and Reba Cline, Dunlap; two sons, Butch (Sue) Griffith and Dustin (Misty) Griffith, both of Dunlap; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Violet Long and Gladys Camp, both of Dunlap; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 2:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Richard Horner officiating. Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. In lieu of flowers, family request contributions be made to American Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.
